New to POA

Good work on the 601XL.

ELD was one of my IFR x-c airports during training. It seemed to be out in the woods. :)

And yes Steve, everything here is "out in the woods." I will be going up the day before 1st test flight with another pilot to map emergency landing areas on my GPS. Around here what used to be a pasture can turn into a pine thicket in about a month.
 
Gig nice looking work! How long has it taken you so far to get to your current position in building? Are you putting in a Rotax . Lyco or other engine?
 
Adam, I started building in October of 2002. I took about a year off in 2004 to get my hanger built and then another 8 or 9 months waiting for my engine to be built. I usually only work on it on the weekends but as I near completion that will probably change. I'd realy like to have it flying by the first of the year.:fcross:
