New thread top level for accident/major mishap discussions?

Whenever there's a crash or major mishap, multiple threads seem to pop up in several top levels. Perhaps it would be better to have a top level category for such?

A new "forum"? On the same level as "Flight Following" and "Cleared for the Approach".
