I saw a "digital coffee pot" today while shopping for bedsheets for my guest room. The coffee pot had more buttons than some of the airplanes I've flown. Seriously.

What in the world all those buttons do, and how they improve the process of dripping water through a basket of ground coffee, is beyond me.
