New symbols on sectional

They're not kidding about the glare. Even in bright sunlight looking in the direction of those things can be painful or dangerous.

I second that! This was late in the day, coming back from Lake Havasu. Going out, they were crazy bright!

Our shots are near State Line, NV. You can see the Primm Valley golf courses in my shot just left of Interstate 15.

Reflection from a regular solar field is one thing but shouldn't there be 0 reflection/glare from solar power plants with a tower? Every mirror should reflect 100% of light directly into the tower top ("kiln"). So we should see no bright light from the ground. When we do, it seems that the mirrors are mis-adjusted.

That's where it would be focused. Unless it's focused into a tight dot and fully absorbed, that sunlight will travel past it and expand back out on the other side.

The forgot the double circle grass field symbol in that list.

2.7 minutes on Google turned this up:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Photovoltaic_power_station#Economics_and_finance
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Concentrated_solar_power#Costs

(Note the first is just for a bunch of normal solar panels on good land. The second is for concentrators like the ones marked on maps. Seems like as solar panels get cheaper and cheaper, the concentrators are getting comparatively less useful.)
