But it's not mine. While mine is at the big hangar for the winter at the former NAS Brunwick Base I found a tenant to reside in my hangar for Jan/Feb/March.
It's a 1976 Skyhawk II which in the summer months is on floats. But with a paying customer I had to tow my boat out of there and store it in the old fire station at the top of my property. So much for doing pre-launch spring maintenance under cover during the winter.

[Edit] "Hey! Can someone tell me how to get to the launch area?"

Don't admit to anyone around here that you are storing a boat and no airplane in an airplane hanger on an airport. Especially if the hangers were built with airport improvement fund $$$. Miss use of federal $ could cause the airport management to loose addtional $$ and face fines.

Over the years I've been on the wait list at 4 different airports. All four has and continues to receive federal monies. All four have many 'non-aviation' tenents. Of the four, one has commercial passeger service and at that airport it became a huge stink that the airport evicts those tenents. After a year of huffing and puffing and hullabaloo, nothing changed. Still...to this day.

The Ford owner's manual says to click the pump nozzle only three times after the filler's auto-stop. Well, I was yakking with someone and not paying attention. It'll clean off with my Wash Wax-All. And on that day we were having some messy weather, so the truck was a mess.

December 30: Not a flake of snow anywhere around here. My friend was in Rangeley(Saddleback Mountain Ski Area) a couple days ago to visit friends in town.
Very little snow in the mountains; same over much of the northeast.

HR (Below is Saddleback, as we approached during the prior ski season; if I can find the image). Two more years and I'll be able to ski there, cheap(at 70).
