I just bought a new plastic fairing for my Cessna 152 from Texas aero plastics and they wanted to charge me $7.50 for paperwork, conforming certificate, or something like that, since the hanger fairies will be installing this I see no need for it. I have bought other parts online and have never been asked to pay extra. Is this a new type of scam? Little ****y that they charged me $20 to ship for a part I know should cost about $10 to ship, but I didn't feel like arguing about this one.
