New panel layout cost

Can anyone give me an idea of how much it would cost (roughly) to go from a stock M20C panel to something similar to what's in the attached pic? Assuming you had all the instruments already.

That's really encouraging, I was expecting a lot higher. Was that with a prefabbed panel or full custom? Do you need an STC or anything for this kind of mod?
