I think you need 250TT if you don't have an instrument rating. 150 with an IR.

The insurance requirement is 5 hours dual. They also have 172SP's and PA28-61 for $100/hr each and C152 for about $60/hr. All prices are wet.

We might see something on the "new" market for less than $1/4 mill. That's cheap in aviation dollars.

You know that a new Carbon Cub costs $230k, right? A new retract that goes 3 times as fast ought to cost at least twice that, maybe 3 times more.
