Is there a new IR PTS? On the FAA website I still find the one that went into effect last October. Did they change it again?

Ben, that's the one you want. Notice that certain specific maneuvers (TASKS) such as steep turns and stalls were removed from the instrument PTS with this latest revision. Some CFIs haven't quite gotten the message yet.
