Just got done talking with the resort. They have a corporate retreat the weekend of the 6th-8th. Gaston said they do not have very many rooms left. Actually the $99 rooms are completely book for Saturday night. The resort asked if we could possibly move the fly-in to the following weekend.
Also if you have already called and book they request that you might call back and add in that your part of the POA fly-in. They are extremely busy that weekend so it would help them out a lot.
