So, I was thinking the other day that with the EFB apps having scratch pads where you can write notes down, maybe the next step is to integrate something like the Lightspeed FlightLink stuff so that it can continuously record and have a button to quickly play back the last n seconds. Of course, some audio panels already have this, but everyone seems to like their portable gadgets.
Would probably have to be paired with a device to route input and output audio from the tablet either via cable or bluetooth so it's not specific to one manufacturer. Similar to the ones that hook your phone to your headphones but you'd want to record everything from the intercom, not just one user(so you get the radio) and maybe have the playback routed back to the intercom so the whole crew could hear.
