Negligible Weight or Moment

Anybody ever seen a number for negligible weight or moment for General Aviation?

As an Engineer at an airline, we calculate weight and moment changes for our Engineering Orders.

Our policy manual does provide negligible if below numbers. I was just wondering if there is anything like that in GA.

based on observation, most people treat <1Lb as negligible and have no criteria for moment
