Does anyone have some ideas on rental planes, charitable pilots, other ideas?

My aunt is ready to scatter my uncle's ashes out to sea. I will be in the PDX area for this around the end of May. If folks have some ideas on how I can get this accomplished for her, I would really appreciate it.

That was me. I'm still in California and won't be back until around May 15th at the earliest, but probably later. https://www.aeromt.com/ http://gorgewindsinc.com/ https://www.twinoaksairpark.com/ all rent planes. If I was to get back in time I would do it from Aero Maintenance at VUO. How long are you going to be in town? Do you have the exact dates yet?

My exact dates are: 5pm May 15 through 6am May 20. If we can make something work, please let me know via the gmail account I sent to you previously. Thanks!!!!
 
We did this activity by boat for my fathers ashes. It went well, we went out in the morning as a family, said some prayers, dropped the ashes, then mixed up some mimosas on the trip back. Very nice activity. Not sure how this translates to an aircraft.
 
Gorge Winds Aviation out of Troutdale KTTD, I know they've done several in the past.
