I have been trying for a few weeks to find a pilot to take me to the eclipse. A friend suggested this forum. I have purchased a guaranteed tie down at Hopkinsville HVC airport. Of course I'm willing to pay for your expenses plus for me and my buddy from Orlando ORL or MCO. Flight obviously weather dependent on 21st. I tried to find others to help pay for a charter but no takers at the cost per seat which I'm willing to pay. Any other ideas on how to find a ride. Thanks, Lou

Try FlyOtto - www.flyotto.com . Should be able to arrange a charter there. If you're paying for the pilot's expenses, and your own and buddy's, it will be a charter flight and not permitted unless the pilot is operating as a Part 135 operation.
