Need PA28-235 prebuy inspection for MADISON,WI area

I need someone to go by and check out a project aircraft for me, would need to check it out close for stuff like corrosion, condition of airframe exterior and interior, engine has not been run in a long time, aircraft sitting out in the weather for a long time. Would like to get some digital photos as well.
The aircraft is located southwest of Madison, Wisconsin in a town called BLANCHARDVILLE, WISCONSIN might be actually just outside of that town.
Need to confirm that logbooks and any other documents are all there.
IF possible, please send me PM message with your phone number. Also, need your estimate of charges to do this. Prefer someone that has good working knowledge of Piper PA28-235 airplanes.

I could look at it, take pictures, etc. but I'm not a mechanic. If you want to have an A&P look at it, Wisconsin Aviation used to have a PA28-236 on the line and still has several other PA28's, so I'm sure they could do something. Where exactly is the plane, is it at a private airport?
