But
The big issue is what equipment and crew are going to be needed for the transport?
If this is a real full on medevac, like he's on a ballon pump, needs a RT and RN, is tubed and on a few drips type of deal, Angel flight ain't going to do it and for good reason, if it's something like the above mentioned you're going to need a full on medevac ship and that's going to be spendy.

We're not a fit. Our service area doesn't extend into Honduras, and it sure sounds like this person needs emergency medical care; Angel Flight works with patients that are able to travel without medical attention / care of a nurse / and are ambulatory.
