Need help designing/building a fuel farm

Our company is being asked to design and build a small fuel farm on a foreign air base as part of another contract we already have there. JP-4 and/or JP-8; details are still sketchy. That's not something we know how to do, so we're looking for help. If anyone knows anybody in that business and can give me a referral, I'd appreciate it. PM response preferred. Thanks.

Sub it out. Checking with someone I know to see if their company does that type of stuff. Most of it is airfield ops, but will know more tomorrow.
