Need CPA/Tax atty in LA Area

Hi all,

Playing a longshot here, but we recently lost a family member in the LA area and have been named as Executors of the estate, we're looking for a CPA and/or a tax attorney. Anyone know one?

Our flight school was invited to participate in something called "NDP" circa 2015 -- basically an "every penny, up to the elbow" audit of our quite messy books at a 3MM gross flight school. We survived intact, not one penny paid to the IRS -- and I credit much of the legwork to our CPA - Kiyohara and Takahashi. They were excellent and reasonable, and we were referred there after an IRS E.A. looked at our books and despaired.

Highly recommend.
