Need a 172 mechanic for a pre-buy inspection in TX

Just wondering if someone out here would be interested in providing me with the service for this purpose.

I have an agreed-upon deal with the seller, who is based in Addison TX; I am based in CA. I would like to hire a mechanic to basically perform an annual on the plane as a pre-buy inspection (I believe that's the best approach, correct?). They will then report to me the results remotely, and if everything checks out, I will be picking up the plane in four weeks when I am in Dallas for a conference.

I do have all the logs for the plane already.

Anyone?
