Have a 2001 172SP here in Ohio I use to teach in that meets those specs.

Yes, they agreed yesterday. Still looking for others if available.
Yup, was going to recommend the same. They've got a 2012 SP but the older birds (2000s) are in great shape, too. As far as I'm aware, they have the newest 172s of the KPDK FBOs.
