Neck injury impact on 2nd class renewal

Hello all! Back 2 years ago I had a pinched nerve on my neck due to being to optimistic at the gym.
I did an MRI, which indicated no other serious issues, and no surgery was needed.
I took some anti-inflammatory meds, steroids and took it easy and got better after a couple of weeks, with no issues at all today.

Would this be a concern while renewing my 2nd class medical? Or would it impact a 1st class medical if I attempt to get one?

All Classes: If you have normal power and sensation in the upper extremities, and full range of motion of the neck this suold be an "issue in the office" situation. A Good AME will document all of the above, avoiding the "demand letter".
