NASA report: how long to respond?

I filed a NASA report and sent it certified with return receipt requested. I received the return receipt from the post office, but have not received anything back from NASA (the top of the form I filed).

About how long should it take after they receive it?

I get mine usually on the second business week following the online submission. I've never sent one via mail, but would expect it to be the same or slower.

I e-filed one on 12/15/14 and got the receipt in the snail mail this past week.
