NASA is giving you the chance to join the NASA engineers, technologists, and agency leadership on a Google+ Hangout to hear about how they invent new technologies and encourage broad use of NASA’s technology. NASA's vision has always been to reach new heights and reveal the unknown – developing new technologies to explore space. But did you know that NASA also helps find uses for these same technologies here on Earth?

Join the technologists behind some of the most interesting NASA technologies currently featured on Marblar on a Google+ Hangout on 19th February 2014 at 12:00 noon EST. They will be discussing the stories behind the inventions and the top ideas to come from the Marblar community so far.

Featured people:

Daniel Lockney – Technology Transfer Program Executive at NASA HQ, to hear about how NASA brings its inventions back down to Earth through technology transfer.

Mike Tinker – Deputy Chief Technology Officer at NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center, and the inventor behind the technology "Strong, inflatable structures for fast deployment" currently listed on Marblar.

Harry F. Schramm Jr. – Engineer at the Marshall Space Flight Center, and the inventor behind the technology "Symbol reader optimized for difficult conditions".

They'll be answering questions live on the air via
Twitter using #IP2product
