Saw this in the hangar and was wondering if anyone knows what type of plane this is.

Fouga.... maw....The Fouga has a V tail. I dunno
 
It’s called a Hispano HA-200, a retired Spanish military trainer. Easy! :)

Also known as the CASA Saeta Jet. I believe Travolta owned one at one time. The newer version is the CASA C-101, Aviojet, flown as a trainer and light attack jet, by Spain.
 
Saw several carcasses of those in central america in the 80's - El Salvador, I think, but it could have been Guatemala?
 
I really wanted to guess the Shooting Star but those have intakes at the wing roots so I stopped myself. Then I saw the answer and had to admit that I've never seen one of these. Cool.
