Caravan on floats or turbine beaver on floats?

Caravans are faster than that, even on floats, aren't they? I was going to guess (given Alaskaflyer's location) a turbine Beaver or Otter?

I guess technically it is "lbs fuel per hour" but the fuel flow on board gave it as gph.
