Name the persons in the picture

This is a variation on the "Name this airplane" and "Name this engine" threads.

I came across this photo on a "famous" aviation website today and while the person in middle in the picture is obvious if you know the picture's source, the one on the right was a tiny surprise. See if you can guess who that is. Bonus points for the other two although I suspect the person on the right may be the only one who knows the identity of the guy on the left.

And no fair if you are associated with the company who's website I pilfered the picture from (you know who you are)

LOL! Yes, that is no doubt our Dave Siciliano on the right. The Wilford Brimley lookalike is indeed George Braly as Michael posted (I think Chip knew that one as well) and the picture came from the Advanced Pilot Seminar website home page. I still don't know the identity of the person on the left, and it's likely he's not a PoA member (yet). The picture is small because that's the size used on the website.
