That's pretty much it. Dodgen was issued the dummy cards that activate the pumps and were supposed to pay off the bills monthly/quarterly whatever when they were temporarily based at Hastings while Allegan was getting resurfaced. County says they never got paid, Dodgen says they never got invoiced, then I heard tonight that since Dodgen was the FBO at the time they were supposed to bill themselves and the county wasn't supposed to bill them. Jason owns Dodgen.

Jason's been a nice guy, but I haven't seen or talked to him since last summer, so I don't have his side of the story.
