My sis got a kick out of this note I dropped her, so I thought maybe someone would either find this humorous or had shared a similar experience:

....week full of visitors, the family came from Mexico including a 22 y.o. nephew, who as it turns out, is every bit as fit as a 22 year old!
So, being of the same competitive gender as me, when we went on 'walks' they turned out to be 'push it to the death' runs up and down our local mountains.
Since this experience, I have wisely made a note to self: Do not be drawn into strenuous physical activities that hint of competition.....at least with someone less than half your age!
So I have been hitting the bottle pretty hard. The aspirin bottle, that is!
