I had a problem with a new Briggs and Stratton engine. Troy did some research and made a damned fine suggestion. (So did others, notably Spike.) I sent a letter to the v-prez and in a mere three months later have the mower back in my possession. It seems to run OK. Thanks to Troy, without that I might not have gotten a working engine. There was concern I would even get the old mower back at all, but she is home.
