I already have a wireless bridge plugged into the wireless adapter, it broadcasts to another building a quarter mile south (the blue cable).

Now I need to broadcast 500' north at the same time.
(There are no more ports in this ethernet adapter.)

Can I plug a switch into the Starlink router, and then both wifi bridges into the switch?

Perfect.

The only complication that might arise is that if at least one of the ports on a link between switches is not a gigabit port you might need a crossover cable for that link.

Gigabit Ethernet ports auto detect that and silently fix it. Auto-MDIX. Plenty non-gigabit ports have that too now, it's just more reading
