Do they make a (~2' square) safe which allows you to change the combination easily but is not electronic? (bad experience with electronics)

2' square inside, or outside, dimensions?

Most of the newer combination locks let you change them with a "change key" you insert from the back side of the lock, and dialing the current combination into the front, except that you line up the current combination numbers with a change mark index on the dial, not the top mark. Here's a page that describes the process:

A Chubb 3000-6 or -7 would fit your needs; 2' = 609.6mm.
