Anyone have a copy of the UBC - I am assuming it has the minimum roof pitch for a residential building, metal roof, west Texas. 4 in 12? Tks.

From the 2006 IBC (1507.4 "Metal Roof Panels"):
Lapped, nonsoldered seam metal roofs without applied lap sealant: 3 in 12.
Lapped, nonsoldered seam metal roofs with applied lap sealant: 1/2 in 12.
Standing seam: 1/4 in 12.
