Is there a test set that is a speakerphone/handsfree?
With RJ11/12 cord and 66-block clips?
(I will allow a modicum of lmgtfy's; apparently my search terms are not working.)

I must abjectly, humbly and with great shame beg my liege for permission to not google this as I am unable to provide for the greater glory at this moment in time. Perhaps on the morrow I will be in proper position to provide the requested service which is such a minor thing for the kingdom but looms large for this simple servant. This is all to my great shame, my king.

Most butt sets are pretty loud. What is the speakerphone needed for?

I never found that finding dial-tone or listening to a noisy line at a 66-block was ever an audio problem with a butt-set, and that's about all you do at a 66-block.

Speakerphones belong plugged in and sitting in the usual location where they're going to be operated... usually in some stupidly echo'y glassed in conference room that nobody realized all that pretty glass would sound like s**t.

I have to say, I have never used an earpiece with it. Normally testing is a short exercise.

I used a lil butty for years till a co worker broke it. :(
It had a speaker on it, as other butt sets I've used did.
Sometimes I'll just use a regular analog telephone with speaker phone, and a modified cable (clips on the end)
You can tape the hook down and not drag the handset/curly cord around with you.

I use something home made from other parts, but you can use these to crimp on a cable. Have to bend em open a little to slide on the 66 block terminals.

I always just used alligator clips. Plenty of room for them on a 66 block.

Not so good for a 3M block though. Those things are a pain in the arse. Including the stupid punch down tool actually having a mini pair of scissors to cut the wire ends off on one side.

But technically Ethernet rated whereas a 66 isn’t... at least in the 10 Mb/s Ethernet days. Ha.

There are many Flukes on the page. Scroll a bit to see the speaker version and other options.
