What is the least painful way to ingest the fish oils required for continued good cardiac health?
Fish is pretty low as a menu choice for me and Im allergic to shellfish.
A friend has these regular kipper snacks - but I shrink at the thought of always smelling like a cat!
I am thinking 'pill'. Small, unobtrusive pill.
Which fish oils should be in there, how to assure they are active forms?

I've taken them for a lotta years, along with cooking with good oils like olive and canola. I have very good cholesterol values and a healthy heart.

ditto on the Omega-3 capsules. Costco's are about the best I've found for general purchase, but I still burp fish all day long on them, altho not as bad as with other brands. The best I've found, hands down, are sold by Isagenix thru private distributors. I am no longer a distributor (I can't sell mittens to eskimos) but google could help out here.

Is Burt still eating those things?? :vomit: When I was down there he, Matt (my CFIG) and Dr. Mike, from Plainview, were always eating those things. I think I'd rather just die early.

Even though I eat fish a couple times a week, I take a fish/flax oil capsule every morning.

They've done that... with eggs.

Dean?

Yeppers. Involves feeding the birds flaxseed, fishmeal, or kelp meal as part of their diet. One problem that has been encountered is that at the highest levels the omegas impart an odor to the yolk.

Soon you're also going to see designer eggs for athletes/bodybuilders, pregnant women, and the elderly. We've learned to modify the diet to such an extent that we can boost all sorts of beneficial adjuncts. Choline, lutein, zeaxanthin, conjugated linolenic acid, vitamins E D and K, B vitamins, selenium, and even various antibodies.
