I have seen these series, mostly on YT;
Modern Marvels
Engineering Disasters
Aviation Disasters
How Its Made

Need others, send titles of similar ilk.

Not the produced for tv show video, but if you like to see things made and learn how it is done, Kieth Rucker, Kieth Fenner ABOM76...

I could watch press tube all day.
They just stick stuff in a hydrolic press and smash it. It is hypnotic.

Velcom to idrolic prez chenel.

Bryan is very dangerous and may attack at any time so we must deel vit it.

ROFL. Bryan may be referring to the OTHER hydraulic press guy, but the German (or whatever accent that is) guy and his wife are hilarious. I imagine them sitting there behind the blast screen with a bottle of wine, just loaded.

Ted talks... Some are good. Some are not so good.

Every Ted talk ever, covered right here:

Hilarious.

If you're into automotive stuff, "The Fast Lane Truck" and all their spinoffs are good on YT. ("The Fast Lane Car" etc.)

Hickock45 for shootin'. And 22 Plinkster. And FPSRussia because he's insane and has an explosives license.

Amy Shira Teitel / "Vintage Space" ... Apollo space stuff.

ElectroBoom ... Exactly what it sounds like.

Scott Manley... Kerbal Space Program stuff

slickhutto - Airplanes! Oshkosh!

Techmoan - not what it sounds like. British guy with cool old hifi gear and what not.

EEVblog - Australian dude who's the most prolific electrical engineering blogger I've ever seen. Thousands of videos.

I do enjoy the 22 plinkster. Fun watching someone having that much fun with a 22.

There was a couple great videos I watched where they kept firing some automatic rifles until they started melting down. M-16, ak etc. will open your eyes to how good an ak is!

Check out Cody's lab on YouTube. Some very interesting stuff going on.

Bro Science. Not all of them are that great but there are a few gems.

I am now looking for, and did not find, how solid rockets are made.
Not homemade ones, but for the space shuttle etc.
Not how they work, I have been able to find and read about that.
How about a written description +/- photos of a (solid fuel) rocket motor being fabricated.

There are some cute videos that are part of a series called "Irish people try..."
It is way to pc but the gist is that have folks from Ireland watching American tv for the first time, trying American food for the first time etc etc.
it has all the makings of a great show but a bit to pc.
