This is not about aviation nor POA.
I want to make one of those free surveys - one question, Y or N as the only answers.
Available to anyone preferable without them needing to sign in.
    Anonymous responders best.
Free to survey starter - me. (surveymonkey seems to have become largely fee-based)
    Easily shared via email/FB/other.
It will be used to gather input to see how much interest there is to press for a change in a state law.
It's ok if it gathers a few responses from outside the state.
What survey options are there that fit these needs?

    Trying change.org.

Like I mentioned, Surveymonkey is highly monetized now. And, even navigating the pages is laborious. Change.org took a few moments.

    +1

Super easy to create and format. Will save responses into a spreadsheet. Does provide some rudimentary IFTT logic.

For simple survey projects, this is my choice
