[NA]Ipad (Safari) text search[NA]

So, how do you search for a word in a huge safari webpage? I can't even get it to 'select all', let alone find a search function.
How about non-Safari documents?

Just hold down on the page for a bit to bring up a re-sizable box, resize it to select all or some of the text.
