Does this possibility exist? Or has it become like Yelp etc?
I failed to find, whilst googling.

To Delete your own business page:

Goto facebook.com/YourBusinessPage
Below the facebook search bar, click the "Settings" option
At the bottom of the General Tab, click "Edit" to the right of Remove Page
Click "Delete Your Business Name Here"
Done


To Request removal of someone elses business page:

Goto facebook.com/TheirBusinessPage
In the Cover photo, there are the following buttons {Follow, Message and ...) Click ...
From the dropdown, select "Report Page"
From the popup select the radio button "Report this page"
Follow the prompts to complete the report.
Done

Thankfully, no. Reviews are not taintable by business owners.

edit: You can, however, respond to reviews, which is how it should be done.

Well, a highly regarded charitable organization which does very valuable work has an unbalanced, hateful and plainly mean-spirited person posting absolute trash on their fb page.

(I'd say until a person experiences this, they might not fully understand the desire to have the ability to remove such posts.)
