For those who disparage Apple stuff, have at it.

For those like me who like Apple Stuff, here’s an oddity.

My iCloud storage reading in Setting says I have 5 gigs left but when I check it in Files it says 30 gigs left. After two levels of Support being stumped, they opened a ticket to engineering.

Always nice when I can’t fix something and not look totally stupid when asking the support people who point out a simple fix.

It’s always nice when support folks offer to continue helping with a ticket etc... lately I’ve been given the “hey this is just how it works” response and “please stay on the line for a 2 minute survey” deal. Not necessarily from Apple per se....
