Local tourist trap had those on the cover of an art book a while back. Book was full of pictures like that (same artist I think). Interesting and fun to look through.
Horse? What horse? Oh! THAT horse...
 
That's from a fairly famous artist, Barbara something, or a knockoff of her work. Some of the larger paintings are kinds of neat.

Looks a lot like some of Bev Dolittle's work. She is into the hidden indians and horses and such. She does nice work.
