Lawreston
En-Route
January 05, 2012, in Maine: Unusual weather.
#1: still raking & loading leaves. If those rocks keep growing I'll have more for my stone wall project.
#2: This is a couple miles north of my house. It's an inlet of the Sasanoa River which flows from Bath/Woolwich down to Sheepscot Bay and into the ocean.
#3: The water table has been very high, and HARD. The free ice area is comparable to many football fields.
#4: ConCruteous say: "Big fishes not come through small hole."
I think I'll have to break out my CCM blades(Reidell boots) and take some turns on the river. I'd like to be skiing, but - - - - - - - - - - -
