N/A I wuz wondering: SSA?

Hey Dave S, and other pro legal eagles here, this has been driving me nuts.

I ran into a second billboard for a condo/townhome development that has a sticker plastered on it. "No SSA"

I don't see a hint by Googling it.

Now I know that can't mean "We don't want to talk to Social Security recipients."

What does that mean? "No Something-Something-Assessments"? i.e. No HOA or homeowner board?

Special Service Area. Must be an Illinois thing.
