Thought this was interesting, a local man who wins the lotto gets nabbed for 2 bank robberies. - Priceless!

If the robberies were in the past and he's doing as ordered by the court, I think the state ban on lottery winnings is rather silly. I'd say the judge should order a guardian for managing the money since he's still a ward of the court. Heck, it might be the key to set this guy up with the rest of his life so he won't do more crime.

There's more to this since he was sent for mental health rather than prison or other criminal sanctions.
