The only all-metal design built under this famous name, only four of these airplanes were built (1976-80). What is it?

Well, some type of Bellanca, but I don't know the model name.

Bellanca it is, but there is nothing in common with the familiar wood-wing Bellanca line. At the time Bellanca was controlled by Anderson Greenwood & Co., and this was a Marvin Greenwood design. It had a carbureted 250-hp Lycoming engine.

Anybody know the model number or name?

In some ways it does, but there is definitely no connection with either Piper or the Lance.

Absolutely! FAA registry, though, shows it as "Model 51."
