Turning base to final at our home-drome while in the Free Bird, someone zapped him with a green laser. Landing went fine and he's OK. He told me he reported it to the FAA, and the local media found out and are interviewing him this evening.
 
Would it be best in these situations to also report it to the local PD. PD can investigate much sooner than the FAA I'd imagine. Anyway glad all are safe.

Edit: Just read the news blurb I see he did report it to the PD. hope they catch the one that did this.

It's not just GA. I've noticed that most posts on news media sites are inane, irrelevant and far too often, unintelligible.
 
Nice interview Lenny. And our little airplane is a TV star! Wish I'd cleaned the bugs off first.
