it flies with me! Just picked up a great Bose headset! Got it off of Barnstormers.com for $650, and the guy lives here in Chapel Hill. It was his backseat set (yeah, I know... and he only drove 'em to church on Sunday. One way.) I didn't buy his spare 'chute . . . hoping I won't regret that! Now I have to figure out how to get music in there, somehow...

Got 'em Thursday and went flying with 'em an hour later: JOY!! :D :D

Congratulations!

Happy, peaceful, quiet flying!

Peace and quiet be upon you! My hearing was shot long before I started flying from far too much small arms and not so small arms shooting. I have a couple of DC ANRs and a Bose X. I use the Bose in the King Air and the DCs in the Mooney and I have to say I like the Bose better purely for comfort, battery life, and audio quality.

while not Bose, my ANRs made my most recent flight to upstate Colorado fun and enjoyable, with almost no fatigue at either the destination there or the return trip home.

You have definitely made the right choice with ANR. There are arguments for/against Bose - but no decent arguments against ANR.
