Replace non-compliant hoses, replace alternator, one mag, one cylinder, valves, brake seal, inspect and clean exhaust, valve covers, brake gear, and change the oil. Friend is paying for parts.
This is not an annual, nor a pre-buy inspection. It is repairs following the purchase of an aircraft with known issues.
