Moto Z6C question

Just got a new phone, a Motorola Z6C (with SIM card) so I can have cell phone availability when traveling out of the US. VZ actually has a pretty good plan available. I have one question, however. The manuals say how to enable international calling (turn on GSM mode), but they don't say if I need to turn it off again for the phone to work in the US. I could simply try it, but I thought I'd check here first.

I am not sure. I have not played around with the multi-mode CDMA/GSM phones.

Guess I'll have to try an experiment.



Seems to not care. I just set it to "Global" and called the HIO ASOS from my hotel in Chandler, AZ. Worked fine. And, yes, this is part of the US.
