Motion CL900 Tablet

So, I finally got around to taking my Motion CL900(Windows 7) tablet flying today. I put a full write-up on my blog: http://sdwflying.blogspot.com/2011/10/motion-cl900-in-cockpit-review.html

But to summarize: Good tablet, it's larger than I'd really like, and the on-board GPS is deaf as a post. And, yes, I know it's not an iPad.

HP Slate 500 is just as big, unfortunately.

I am pinning my hopes on Kindle Fire, even though I know that it's not going to pull from Android Market. I'll come up with something.

I have used the Samsung 7" WiFi tablet on a yoke mount, it works pretty well, but I've not tried any proper Android software just a simple moving map where you download your own maps. I tend to use that when I'm just out flying for airspace situational awareness. And the Samsung GPS seems much happier.
