Page 6 last row is a retrofit kit P/N for the regulator.
Single or dual alternator?
Alternator P/N would help. Zeftronics and Plane Power only show 12 Volt systems for the M20J.

that is a -505
according to the chart, a -501 fits as well.
28V, single alternator

The backspring may be unobtainium, but I think you're good with a voltage regulator. I had to replace a tach cable and it became a Thing.
